Do you get a different number of credits for the number of vehicles at a mission?
- You will recieve the same number of credits no matter the number of vehicles at a mission, so during large shares, it is advised to only send one unit per mission.

What are the main tips for new players?
- Start with fire stations and once you've built 25, do the same with police and ambulance.
- Only send one unit to each mission in large scale shares / storms.
- The order of mission payouts goes Fire -> Police -> Ambulance (Fire stations spawns will pay highest, ambulance lowest)
- You can also look here for more info.

Do Home Response Locations (HRLs) count as stations?
- No, HRLs do not count as stations and missions will not spawn from them, but they are useful for large scale shares / storms.

What is tax for a prisoner or patient transport?
- If you transport to another member's building, then the owner of that building will earn money from the mission, the amount of which decided by the tax rate.

What is Critical Care?
- Critical Care is a type of care that you can train paramedics in, and you can send these paramedics to missions requiring critical care.
- Alternatively, you can also disable Critical Care from your dispatch centre's settings page.

How many trained personnel required for a specialist vehicle?
- The minimum number of staff for any vehicle to run is 1, and it is the same with trained staff. You will only need 1 staff member in the vehicle in order to dispatch.
- In order to assure the staff member goes in that vehicle, if you go to the specialist vehicle and click "Assign Personnel" you can then assign the trained staff to the vehicle.

Can staff be moved from building to building?
- Yes. Staff can be transferred between buildings, although at a base level (without spending coins) you can only transfer 10 staff per week.
- In order to transfer, click on the station you would like them in, and the click "Hire New Personnel", find the station they are in, and select them. To finish off, click "Transfer Personnel".
- You can not transfer if the staff are in a vehicle or on a course.

Can you transfer vehicles between stations?
- Click on the name / call sign of the vehicle you would like to transfer. You will then see a button called MOVE (next to the station name).
- Click this and you can either swap it with another vehicle from a different station, or you can move just that vehicle to another station.
- If there are no free spaces in the station you want to move it to, you will not be able to move the vehicle to your desired station.

Why are missions spawning miles away from my stations?
- If you have more than a few stations all within <2km of each other, MissionChiefs built in anticheat kicks in.
- The anticheat was created to counter bots that would place lots of stations near each other, then be able to complete the nearby misisons very quickly.
- If this is happening to you, start spreading your stations out!
